Health and Gender Promotion Services

Our intervention approach to reduce morbidity, mortality, inequalities and social and gender-based violence is based on three key principles:

• Prevention is better than cure;

• Mastery of health determinants is the cornerstone of well-being;

• Gender-based approach and women's empowerment guarantees a bright future.

Health promotion is a process that enables individuals to better master the determinants of their health and improve their well-being, through intervention strategies and active population participation.
