Research and Studies

Research and evaluation are, for us, much more than a tool: they are a requirement to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of services provided. Our role is to measure the impact of projects, identify the real needs of beneficiaries and propose improvement paths. This is why we conduct satisfaction surveys and rigorous studies, which not only verify the results achieved but also strengthen trust between providers and users.

We consider continuous improvement essential: each piece of data collected, each feedback contributes to adjusting interventions, correcting shortcomings and valuing successes.

We conduct monitoring of interventions (granular analysis, third-party monitoring), satisfaction surveys and evaluation studies in various fields related to social and health services. These approaches aim to understand the experience of beneficiaries, measure the relevance of services and produce reliable reports that guide partners in decision-making.
    Beneficiary participation
    • Direct service beneficiaries are at the center of our studies. After giving their free and informed consent, they participate in questionnaires, interviews or evaluation workshops. This participatory approach ensures that their voices are truly taken into account in service improvement.
    Rigorous methodology
    • Each study is based on predefined indicators, set in agreement with our partners, and on a methodology adapted to the context. We collect data transparently, analyze it rigorously and produce clear and actionable reports. The objective is to transform results into practical recommendations, applicable both by health institutions and other partner structures.
    Planning and schedule
    • Our evaluations are planned according to project schedules and needs expressed by our partners. They can be carried out during implementation, to adjust actions in real time, or at the end of a project, to measure its overall effectiveness and capitalize on good practices.
    Geographic deployment
    • We currently conduct our research and studies in Côte d'Ivoire and the Democratic Republic of Congo, while preparing the progressive extension of this expertise to other countries and international contexts.
