Research and evaluation are essential to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of services provided (impact measurement, needs identification, improvement paths).

We conduct satisfaction surveys, monitoring (granular analysis, third-party monitoring) and evaluations in social and health sectors.

Beneficiaries participate on the basis of free and informed consent (questionnaires, interviews, workshops).

Each study is based on predefined indicators, adapted methodology and rigorous analysis, to produce practical recommendations.

Modalities and schedule
  • • Transparent collection, rigorous analyses and actionable reports for decision-making.
  • • Mid-project evaluations (adjustments) and/or final evaluations (overall effectiveness, capitalization).
  • • Current interventions in Côte d'Ivoire and DRC, with progressive extension to other contexts.
